Passport & Visa:
All passport holders must obtain a Mozambique Visa. If you fly in a Visa can be obtained at Vilanculos Airport for US$ 25.

Currency:
US Dollars in cash are the advised currency and can be changed. On arrival you will have to pay a 10$ Airport tax. Please keep that handy.

Health:
Malaria precautions MUST be taken. An Herbal product called Malaria X, can be obtained from our Johannesburg office at the cost of R85-00 for 40 capsules. The original herb originates in Mozambique. It has no side effects.
If you plan to do a diving course, you are advised to go for a medical check-up/fitness test at their doctor. Visitors to bring their own medication. Doctors are available for emergencies. Clients to take out own medical/travel insurance. PLEASE DO NOT DRINK TAP WATER IN MOZAMBIQUE !

Clothing and others:
Never make the mistake of over-packing for Mozambique! Remember it a tropical climate. Costumes, T-shirts, short and wrap around are sufficient. Only one set of warmer clothing(e.g. Jeans and a lightweight Jacket) is sufficient. Please, bring your own towels. Bedding is supplied. Walking shoes, a hat, sunglasses, sunblock and mosquito repellent are essential. 220v - Mosquito pad burners are available on yacht. Please bring mosquito pads (Peaceful Sleep, Baygon, Doom…) According to your own music taste you may bring CD’s. Remember to bring enough camera films!! There is 220v on Yacht for battery charging. You can bring Video Cameras.

Diving:
Please, bring your own mask/snorkel, fins and wetsuit. You can bring your own BC and DV and diving-light if you prefer. Please leave cylinders and weight belts at home. A Dive platform offers comfortable access to the ocean.

Fishing:
Fishing rods are available on the Yacht. Please bring own lures e.g. Rapalas (14 cm & 18 cm red/white, yellow/green). For the dedicated spear fishermen it is advised to bring own equipment.

Drinks and Snacks:
Beer, wine, bottled water and soft drinks are available from the Yacht’s cash bar. If you like to nibble on sweets, chips, chocolates or biltong, please bring along as the availability thereof is not guaranteed.

Specialized Game Fishing Charters:
For the more serious fisherman, we offer the additional service of Fishing Boats, fully equipped with your personal fishing guide and skipper, at additional cost. Please bring own lures, e.g.. Rapalas, etc.!! PLEASE INFORM US IN ADVANCE.
